FAQ
What's included in the $25 reservation fee?
The $25 holds your session time. At booking, you'll also choose your image package — either the full digital gallery or the à la carte option — so everything is settled before you arrive.
How much will I spend in total?
The minimum is $120: your $25 reservation plus $95 for 3 digital images. Additional images are 2/$95 or you may select the full gallery (approximately 20 images) for $300 (total of $325).
Who can come to a session?
Kids, siblings, babies, parents, grandparents, and pets are all welcome!
What if we have a large group?
Groups of 6 or more need to reserve two consecutive time slots.
How long is the session?
15 minutes in the studio + 5 minutes for image selection.
How does image selection work?
I shoot live to the TV so you will get to see the images in real time. You'll be able to select your favorites right there - No waiting for a gallery link!
When will I get my images?
You will receive your images within one week of your session.
Do you offer printed options as well?
Yes! You can order a variety of printed options from our partner pro lab. Prints will be shipped directly to you.
Are the photos only in black and white?
The session is designed and edited in classic black and white. If you'd also like your images in color, that's available as an add-on when you sign up.
What should we wear?
Solid colors and simple textures photograph beautifully in black and white. Avoid busy patterns and logos. Since color won't be a factor, focus on contrast — light against dark reads especially well.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
The $25 session fee is non-refundable but you may reschedule your session if there are open time slots. Pre-orders are refundable provided you give at least 48 hours notice to cancel.
