My story

Hi there… I’m Christina. I love beautiful photographs and live music; pink sunsets with puffy clouds; wildflowers and starry skies. 13 years ago I co-founded Full Spectrum Photography - a boutique wedding studio. In 2021 I shifted my focus from weddings to portraiture and opened Christina Catherine "CC" Photography. Over the past few years I have been fortunate to photograph so many amazing families and capture their most priceless moments. I have always loved working with children and began my career as a special education teacher before transitioning to the world of photography. These days I have the best of both worlds where I work as an administrator in a local charter school as well as managing my photography studio.

In addition to having 3 beautiful children of my own, I also have 2 bonus children making us just short of the Brady Bunch. The only thing (desperately) missing is Alice because with 5 kids at home you can not imagine the amount of dirty clothes and dishes that pile up on a daily basis! It sounds cliche but the saying "the days are long but the years are short" rings true when I realize that my oldest "baby" is now a teenager and I've somehow gone from mommy to "bruh." When you stop by the studio the first sample album I will always show you is of my oldest 2 kids when they were 2 and 4 years old. It was the first photo album I ever designed and it is by far still my favorite. Over the years I have taken thousands of photos of my kids but I always come back to the ones in print. There is just something so powerful about flipping through an album or walking down the stairs to see the collage above the couch. This is why my price structure was designed to deliver the best of both worlds - beautifully printed pieces to cherish and digital images to share.
