Once a month I open the studio for a complimentary photo shoot on a different color backdrop. These shoots are quick and sweet which are perfect for kids and dogs but on occasion there will be a special theme so be sure to check back regularly. All spots are first come/first serve and are released at noon on the first of the month. If you don't see any spots available that means it is sold out but feel free to contact me to be added to the waitlist because spots always open up at the last minute. One fully retouched high resolution image is included. Additional images & prints sold separately.

FAQ
What exactly is this "color pop" thing?
Once a month I open up the studio for a complimentary photo shoot of your child or pup on a different color backdrop. As a mom myself I know how unpredictable kids can be and I wanted to offer a no pressure way to essentially try out a studio photo shoot and get fun, colorful, images of your kids (fur babies included).
is it really free? what's the catch?
There is no catch - promise. One fully retouched image is included for download within a week of the session. If you love the images you will have the chance to purchase the gallery at a highly discounted rate on the day of the shoot but there is absolutely no pressure to buy more. I shoot tethered to a giant TV so you can watch the images pop up in real time!
who can attend the color pop?
Generally color pop sessions are for kids and pups but on occasion there will be a special theme where others will be invited to join.
What if I have more than one kid/pup?
If you have more than one child you may book one time slot for all of them. You will receive one complimentary individual image of each participant. I will photograph siblings together upon request. If you have allergies please let me know and I can ensure you get a dog free time slot.
what if I already attended one color pop - can I come again?
Absolutely! There is no restriction for how many sessions you can attend and I encourage repeat visitors.
How do I reserve a spot?
Set your alarms for 12:00pm on the first of every month as that is when booking goes live. There are a limited amount of spots available per day and they do book up quickly. If you don't get a spot right away don't fret - send me a me a message hello@christinacatherine.com and I will put you on a waitlist.
where is your studio?
The studio is located in Old Town Tustin right across from the Farmer's Market at 250 El Camino Real, Suite 113. There is always plenty of parking in the back lot and my studio faces the courtyard.

September special edition - grandparents
ultramarineCelebrate Grandparents' Day with a complimentary 15 minute session with one high resolution image per group included. Immediate families only. If you have extended family you can book multiple sessions back to back. No grandparents local? No worries - you can still book a slot for kid(s) only as usual with one individual image per child included.

Grandparents day color pop - FAQ
What if we have more than one set of grandparents?
You may bring as many grandparents as you would like but each group must be immediate families only. If you have extended families I encourage you to book back to back time slots. Due to limited space and time it will be limited to each immediate family.
how many grandkids can be in the photo?
As many grandchildren as you have per immediate family. If you have extended families please book back to back time slots and message me if you need assistance.
what exactly is included this month?
For this special edition theme one GROUP photo per family with grandparents will be included. I will take individual portraits and any other combinations upon request. Additional images may be purchased a la carte on the day of the shoot.
what if we don't have any grandparents - can we still book color pop as usual?
I know not everyone is fortunate to have grandparents local so you can still book a time slot for your kids (9/7 or 9/8) or pups (9/15).

sky blueComplimentary 15 minute session and one high resolution image. Choose from Dad & Me (one child or pup) or Dad & Siblings. For this special theme only you may select either day June 8 or June 15 and you may combine pups and kiddos (as long as they're part of the same family unit)

orchidComplimentary 15 minute session and one high resolution image. Choose from Mom & Me (one child or pup) or Mom & Siblings. For this special theme only you may select either day May 4 or May 11 and you may combine pups and kiddos (as long as they're part of the same family unit)
